I am adjusting that recipe. The last time I made it, I nearly had a heart attack from all the butter and cream. It is just a tad too French for me. I am waiting for a sunny evening here so we can eat it ‘a fuori’, washed down with a summery Rose`, and a big bowl of garlicky green leaves.
